Zambia’s Livingstone Falls Family Getaway

Your guide will begin with a tour of Victoria Falls and its magnificent jungle before taking you to Simonga Village to learn about local customs and traditions. You get two full days to explore the region and participate in any of the numerous activities available. The kids will enjoy game drives in Mosi-Oa-Tunya National Park, where you will be in your own 4X4 and accompanied by your private guide, who will point out large game animals such as giraffe, buffalo, baboons, elephants, and several antelope species. Aside from adrenaline-pumping activities like bungee jumping and white-water rafting, you can also go on elephant safaris and a Zambezi canoe trip. There is fishing in the Zambezi, and the bird viewing in the vicinity is spectacular. Finish the day with a sunset river cruise with the family, admiring the scenery and keeping a look out for the Zambezi's native hippos and crocodiles.

ZAMBIA'S SOUTH LUANGWA NATIONAL PARK After one last breakfast at Mfuwe, you'll be taken to your next home away from home, Chindeni Bushcamp. This serene tented camp is located in a remote region beside the trickling Luangwa River, with the Chindeni Hills in the backdrop. The camp rises high on stilts, covered by an old ebony tree grove, and offers thatch-roofed huts and under-canvas rooms for a magnificent yet realistic safari experience. The camp also has a wooden viewing deck that overlooks the lagoon below, which is a preferred drinking spot for the local fauna.

After your trip, bid farewell to Chuma House and go back to Livingstone airport for your departure home.
