Day 1: Entebbe Arrival | 1 Night

ENTEBBE, UGANDA When you walk off the plane at Entebbe International Airport, your magnificent African safari journey starts. A pleasant guide will greet you and drive you to the Karibu Entebbe for an overnight stay. Although your stay at Karibu will only be for one night, this charming boutique hotel is the ideal location to recover after a long trip and prepare for the next part of your tour. It is located on the northwestern side of Lake Victoria, surrounded by beautiful and green gardens. It's modest, family-owned, and intimate making it the ideal location to unwind before your gorilla trekking adventure.

Day 2-3: Meet the Bwindi Impenetrable Forest's Gentle Giants | 3 Nights

BWINDI NATIONAL PARK, UGANDA Wake up to the sounds of twittering birds before travelling back to Entebbe International Airport for your scheduled flight to Kisoro airfield. A guide will meet you in Kisoro and transport you to Nkuringo Lodge. Arriving late in the day gives you plenty of time to recuperate before your amazing Gorilla trek the next day. The next day begins with a full breakfast cooked with local ingredients and savored with a panoramic view of your stunning surroundings. The next day, spend the day walking through the Bwindi Impenetrable Forest in search of the endangered mountain gorillas that call. After a day of gorilla trekking through Bwindi's rainforest, you may relax at Nkuringo Lodge. Spend your time enjoying quiet, picturesque forest walks, soaking in the natural beauty of your surrounds and observing the many magnificent birds that hide in the woods. When you return to the lodge, treat yourself to a refreshing massage before ordering a drink from the bar and admiring the breathtaking woodland views from the upper lounge.

Day 4: Leisure day

Wake up to the sounds of nature and have one last breakfast at Nkuringo Lodge before making your way back to the Kisoro Airstrip for your light aircraft journey back to Entebbe. Before you leave Africa, you'll be welcomed at the airport and driven to The Boma Hotel Entebbe (only a few minutes' drive from the airport) for lunch. Following a delectable meal, you will be taken to Entebbe International Airport to return home or to your next destination.
