Northern Tanzania Safari
Overview
Tanzania, in East Africa, has a long history of safari, and this action-packed itinerary pays homage to that. Your journey begins in Arusha, the entrance to the northern Serengeti plains and home to some of the best coffee estates in Tanzania. A night at Arusha Coffee Lodge will allow you to sleep off your jet lag and prepare you for early mornings and late nights around the roaring fire at Oliver’s Camp in Tarangire National Park.
Following the excitement of a walking safari and night drives in Tarangire, you will proceed to one of Africa’s most game-rich areas: the Ngorongoro Crater. Gibb’s Farm is your home here, and a game drive around the crater is sure to be one of the highlights of your visit.
